Vega and Sierra oils aims to select the best olives to produce an extra virgin and organic extra virgin olive oil of extreme quality and with European certification. The fruits come from olive trees grown on land with heights ranging between 250 and 800 meters above sea level.
Olive groves under Integrated Production. Integrated Production systems are defined as those that manipulate, transform or elaborate agricultural products using the maximum resources and natural production mechanisms, in order to guarantee sustainable agriculture. It introduces methods and techniques that make compatible the demands of society, the protection of the environment and agricultural productivity.
Plagues are controlled with physical traps and natural pest predators, rather than using synthetic pesticides and pesticides. Olive groves with a lot of life, healthy olive groves.
Weeds are cut down instead of using synthetic herbicides. The pruning of the branches is cordoned off in the streets to be shredded. Both the cut grass and the shredded pruning act as organic compost, avoiding the use of synthetic fertilizers (ureas and nitrates).

PICUAL OIL
Oil with a bitter, spicy quality and an aroma reminiscent of herbs and tomato plants. Properties:
Oil with a high polyphenol and antioxidant content.
High oleic acid content.
Very stable at high temperatures, making it ideal for frying.
ARBEQUINA OIL
This oil has a smooth flavour without any bitter notes and it is highly aromatic, giving off fruity scents of banana and apple. Properties:
Oil with a high polyphenol and antioxidant content.
High oleic acid content.
Less stable at high temperatures than other varieties, making it less advisable to use for frying and better suited for preparing mayonnaise, pastries, salads, pastas, fish, and other seafood.
